Mix with cream cheese & mayo. It handles best if you chill mixture for about 30 minutes. Flatten each biscuit to about a 6 inch circle. Put a heaping Tbs of sausage in center of biscuit. Bring sides up and pinch together at the top to form a ball. Bake at 350 for about 16-18 minutes.
